Q How is my video delivered?
A We will send you a download link to the email address you used to order your video. It may have a time limit before the link expires (e.g. 7 days) so be sure to actually download the video to your devices rather than use the download link to play the video.
Q What file format is my video delivered in?
A Your video will be output in a generic MP4 file format to ensure the widest compatibility across electronic devices and media players used on them. If your video is classed as 'Full HD' (high definition) your video will have a frame size of 1920 x 1080 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen). To ensure good quality your video is supplied at a bit rate of between 10 and 14 Mbps. Please be aware this makes for fairly large files.
In some cases (e.g. short videos for 'sharing') the frame size, file size and bit rate will be lower to reduce data to make it easy to send files across, for example, mobile networks. Consequently, you may see a lower video quality because of the technical restrictions of video compression.
In some cases (in broadcasting or advertising applications) we may deliver video as 4K which is a frame size or 3840 x 2160 (UHD) or 4096 x 2160 (true 4K). As these tend to be bespoke applications technical aspects of the files will vary.
Q Can I upload my videos to YouTube, Facebook or other social media platforms?
A Yes. In the case of sale showreels, these may be used for commercial gain. What is not permitted is to upload SPORT HORSE VIDEO INTERNATIONAL content claiming or inferring that production was done by another third party.
